Small Plates and Shareables

SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP 

A classic!  Spinach, artichokes, sour cream, bacon and blended cheeses.  Served with our housemade tortilla chips.   

100% MOZZARELLA CHEESE STICKS

Deep fried cheese sticks, served with our own Marinara sauce or housemade Ranch.

LARGE BREADED WINGS

Deep fried, served spicy hot or plain – you decide.  Served with celery and bleu cheese.

JOSE’S OLD SCHOOL TACO SALAD

Fresh greens with seasoned chicken or ground beef, grated Colby-Jack cheese, diced onions, black olives, fresh tomatoes and black bean corn salsa.  Served with salsa, sour cream and housemade tortilla chips.  

Add guacamole (4 oz)

CAESAR 

A traditional Caesar served with grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, seasoned croutons, parmesan cheese and tossed with our special Caesar dressing.  Served with a breadstick.  

Substitute salmon.

ANTIPASTO 

A heaping platter of mixed greens with imported salami, ham, pepperoni, mozzarella and
provolone cheese, black olives, onions, green olives, tomatoes and pepperoncini.  Served
with a breadstick.  

COBB

Grilled chicken breast, applewood bacon, egg, cucumbers, blue cheese, avocado, tomato, red onion and mixed greens. Served with a breadstick and your choice of dressing.

COUS COUS

Chicken, applewood bacon, feta, cucumbers, red onion, tomato basil cous cous and romaine. Served with a breadstick.

BAKED MACARONI AND FOUR CHEESE

Macaroni and your choice of ham or applewood bacon, smothered in mozzarella, provolone and Colby-Jack cheeses and topped with bread crumbs.

Traditional Macaroni and Cheese topped with Panko bread crumbs.

JOE MAMA’S PASTA

Your choice of pasta tossed with Italian sausage, chicken, green peppers, banana peppers, onion, garlic and olive oil.  Spicy!

BLACKENED CHICKEN PASTA

Tender strips of seasoned, blackened chicken in Alfredo sauce and blended with your choice of pasta. Spicy!
